What Cordanis is

One place where a rep builds what they know about each account, and then acts on it.

01 Why we exist

To help every rep bring real value to more of their customers.

The best selling helps the customer: the right company, the right person, a message that speaks to what they need, and a meeting where the rep already understands their business. Reps want to work that way. A large book does not leave the time.

Cordanis gives reps the context and the time to do it across their whole book, with the care they give their best accounts.

02 Who it is for

  • Account managers whose book is bigger than their attention. They come first.
  • Sellers who work named accounts.
  • Sales leaders, who need outreach that is consistent, on message, and approved, and who need to see how much of the book is covered.

The people who receive what our users send matter as well. Every message should be worth their time. We hold that standard above the reply rate.

03 What it does

A rep asks Cordanis for work in plain language. It does the work, shows it, and files it.

  • Everything is filed under the account. Research, the thesis, decks, meeting briefs, transcripts, and outreach live with the customer they are about. The second conversation starts from everything done before the first.
  • The skills are already built. Research, the account thesis, meeting preparation, decks, and outreach arrive ready, written by people who sell.
  • The output is polished. It reads like the rep and looks like their company.
  • Outreach is governed. One approved message and one approved audience, sent from the rep's own mailbox, and stopped by a reply.

It works with the tools a rep already uses: Salesforce, Gmail, Google Calendar, Granola, and Apollo. Salesforce stays the system of record for accounts, opportunities, and pipeline.

04 The polish promise

Everything that leaves Cordanis reads like the rep wrote it on a good day, and looks like their company made it. That holds for the first account and the two-hundredth.

  • It sounds like the rep. Their voice is learned from mail they have sent.
  • It is about this account. Every message comes from the account's thesis.
  • It is plain and human, with no filler and no hype.
  • Decks and documents follow one base design.

05 What it is not

  • Not a CRM. It keeps no pipeline, no forecast, and no opportunity records.
  • Not a sequencer or an AI SDR. There is no volume sending, and nothing sends without a rep's approval.
  • Not a general assistant. It knows the account and the rules.
  • Not a dashboard. Every gap on the map leads to work that closes it.

06 How we measure

  • The book. Book coverage, before and after: customers engaged who were untouched before, and people engaged at each account.
  • Relevance. Replies and meetings accepted, with the unsubscribe rate as the guardrail.
  • Polish. Drafts sent without edits, and decks used without rework.
